TELEVISION STAR BUSTED FOR A DUI IN CALIFORNIA

Adrian Pasdar, one of the stars of the television series “Heroes” was arrested early this morning for a DUI on a Los Angeles freeway.  He was reported to be swerving and speeding.  He was also allegedly clocked driving over 90 mph on the 405 freeway.

The police reported stated that when law enforcement approached his vehicle, they smelled alcohol.  After failing some field sobriety tests, Pasdar was immediately arrested.

After posting bail of $15,000, Pasdar was released.  The high amount for the bail is due to the fact that he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

Pasdar is married to the lead singer of the group “the Dixie Chicks”, Natalie Maines. Neither star has commented on this event, as of yet.  In Washington State, refusing to submit to a breath test automatically puts your WA driving privileges at risk for a minimum of one year.
