Former “Apprentice” reality television star, Heidi Androl, was arrested in the early morning hours for suspicion of a DUI on a California freeway. She was originally pulled over for driving too slow on the near empty 105 freeway. Police clocked her at 35 mph. After performing some field sobriety tests, she was then arrested.
Many Seattle DUI arrests occur after the officer who stopped the vehicle gets the driver to perform a series of standardized field sobriety tests. Under Washington State drunk driving law, however, these tests are not mandatory, and you should generally always refuse to take them.
